La Quiete

La Quiete is a screamo band from Italy. The band’s drummer also plays in the Italian band Raein.
Like many bands in the DIY hardcore scene, they have released many splits with bands including Acrimonie, Catena Collapse, The Apoplexy
Twist Orchestra, k.c. milian, The Pine and Louise Cyphre. They also released the full-length La Fine Non è La Fine and a 7”+VCD with three
videos made by Italian artists Erica il Cane, Blu and Kabu. Their latest album, Tenpeun 01-05, contains songs from various past splits, demos,
unpublished songs and videos.
La Quiete, translated to English, means “the quietness”, a reference to the Swedish movie “Tystnaden” by Ingmar Bergman.
