Kagerou

Kagerou was a Japanese visual kei rock band. Kagerou formed in September 1999 by vocalist Daisuke Ochida and bassist Masaya, and were soon joined by guitarist Yuana. Initially signed to the indies record label Loop Ash, Kagerou were signed to the Lizard, which is a sub-label of veterinary visual label Free-Will. After having gained great popularity among the Japanese visual kei scene, they went abroad in 2005, playing in Germany and France.

At the live of September 16, 2006, at Liquid Room Ebisu, they stated their disbandment. The group went on to play a few more gigs, before officially disbanding in late 2007. On December 27, 2006 they released a final greatest hits album entitled "Shinjuka". In 2010, frontman Daisuke passed away. Although details were sketchy, most believed that it was a heart attack. He was 31 years old. « hide
