'Justified' was released in November 2002 to massive acclaim, even from so-called 'respectable' musicquarters,andhas(asofDecember 2005)
sold over 7 million copies worldwide, thanks in part to the exceptionalproductionofTimbaland,TheNeptunesand Brian McKnight. Four hit
singles, 'Like I Love You,' 'Cry Me A River,' 'Rock YourBody'and'Senorita'werereleased.
Since then he's released one non-album single, the McDonalds theme 'I'm Lovin' It,' and has guested onNelly's'WorkIt'andthe[l]Black Eyed
Peas[/l]' 'Where Is The Love?' 2005 saw a bright start with the release of'Signs,'acollaborationwithrapperSnoop Dogg, but in May
Timberlake was diagnosed with a throat condition whichrequiredtheremovalofpotentiallycancerous nodules; at the risk of losing his singing
voice permanently, Timberlake tookanextendedbreakfromsinging.
In late 2005 Timberlake began piecing together what would become his sophomore record, and aftermonthsofstudiotoiling,leadsingle
"Sexyback" became a smash summer hit. The record FutureSex/LoveSoundsfollowedinSeptember2006,with singles"My Love" and "What
Goes Around". In December 2006 Timberlake appeared on late-nightsketchcomedyshowSaturday NightLive for the second time, handling both
