He is also releasing a new album on January 24, 2012 called "Provincial", featuring more songs about life in small town Canada similar to his "City Route 85" and "Provincial Road 222" releases. John K Samson remains one of indie's best writers, and will continue to with his solo work as well as his work with The Weakerthans.
