About 1970 The Jefferson Airplane evolved into a special collaboration called Jefferson Starship, with an album titled: "Blows against the Empire". this included Jerry Garcia doing special effects of a Earth based starship blasting off for deep space for points unknown. And it also included some of C,S,N & Y band members too, I believe. It had some really beautiful tracks, especially my favorite of the album, "have you seen the stars tonight?"
