At the time, their album had sold 9,840 copies.[1] Shortly after this, the band was dropped from Lava, because the bassist (Tim Tooker, their father) and drummer (Michael Blankenship), were fired from the group by Dustin Tooker. After that, nothing much was heard from them until mid-2004, when they moved to Las Vegas and joined up with former Pinata bassist Stitch, drummer Wade Hagblom, and former American Head Charge sampler Aaron Zilch.

On August 10, 2004, the band released their second album Resurrection via "Sound Barrier Records". Shortly after, they parted ways with Hagblom and Zilch, and replaced Hagblom with drummer Josh Garcia. « hide
