Edgewater formed in Dallas, Texas in 1997. They are a band that doesn't want to be labeled under any certain genre, but are basically rock or hard rock. Edgewater was formed by Matt Moseman who is the lead vocalist, with Micah Creel and Justin Middleton on guitars, Jeremy Rees on drums, and Ricky Wolking on drums. Edgewater started small just touring locally throughout Dallas promoting their self-titled album. In 2003 they were signed to Wind-Up records and released South of Sideways in 2004. After South of Sideways Edgewater left Wind-Up refusing to conform with what Wind- Up wanted to see out of them next. They are now signed to Forevergreen and released We're Not Robots... in March, 2006.
