David Sylvian is an English singer/songwriter and owner of the independant label Samadhi Sound. Sylvian gained famedue to
being thelead singer of semi-successful 70's band Japan. Forging a solo career, his debut album Brilliant Treesshowed an
extremely avant gardestyle of progressive rock and was met with much critical acclaim. He went on to releasea vast array of
albums, collaberating with manyacts such as Holger Czukay and Robert Fripp in the process. Sylvian isexpected to release his
newest album entitled Manafon sometimein 2009.
