Seminal 90s underground hip hop crew consisting of New York producers/MCs El-P, Bigg Jus and DJ Mr. Len. Their 1997 album Funcrusher Plus was critically acclaimed for saving the underground scene, but only one instrumental album followed before they disbanded. El-P found the most success after the group, gaining acclaim from his solo albums and involvement with artists like Aesop Rock and Cannibal Ox.
