Children of Nova is an American experimental rock band from San Diego, California, formed in the Summer of 2007. The band incorporatesaspects of alternative rock, progressive rock, post- hardcore, punk rock, heavy metal and jazz.
Recently they were tapped to open for Rx Bandits and Dredg in their hometown of San Diego, along with winning the award for Best Hard RockGroup at the 19th Annual San Diego Music Awards. They were also nominated in the category of Best Hard Rock Album.
