The Pigeon Detectives in early 2008, and it was this, plus the positive reception of lead single "InOne Ear" that led to them releasing their self titled
debut album, to moderate critical acclaim. Since then second single "Ain'tNo Rest for the Wicked" was released and reached number 32 on the U.K.
singles chart, giving the band a more widespreadfan base.
