For over a quarter of a century, Brian Setzer has mined the depths the of American musical tradition as the mastermind behind the Stray Cats and the Brian Setzer Orchestra. The Stray Cats practically invented the rockabilly revival and the swing revival may never have occured without the Brian Sezter Orchestra.
His solo material has tended to be a bit more eclectic, borrowing elements from both band and expanding them with added pop, punk and rock influences. His thirteenth solo release is entitled 13, and is available now on Surfdog Records.
