Benediction is a British Death Metal band from Birmingham; they were formed in 1989. One of the original members was Napalm Death's Barney Greenway,
before leaving to join Napalm. During their reign, they have released a total of nine album, with their first, Subconscious Terror, being released in 1990. Back
in the day, they were very close with Chuck Schuldiner's band Death.
