Beloved was a Christian post-hardcore band from North Carolina that formed in 1999. They were signed to Solid State Records, on which they released two albums, 2001's The Running EP and 2003's full-length, Failure On. After much touring, however, the band realized that they were not able to continue making music together, due to drummer/vocalist Joe Musten getting married and decided to no longer continue Beloved. Their farewell show took place in Winston Salem, North Carolina on January 14, 2005.
