Having completed asuccessfulEuropean tour soon after "Mental Funeral", the band reentered the studio to record the "Fiend for Blood" EP, whichwas followedby their third full-length, "Acts of the Unspeakable". Autopsy's last album, 1994's "Shitfun", was heavily influencedby hardcorepunk and would prepare fans for Abscess, Danny Coralles and Chris Reifert's project after Autopsy's demise in 1995.

After several years, the band members briefly reunited in September 2008 to record two new tracks for the special editionoftheir 1989 debut Severed Survival. At June 2010, Autopsy announced that they had permanently reunited. They released anewEP, "The Tomb Within", in September 2010 and the "Macabre Eternal" LP, in 2011. "The Headless Ritual" was released July2013. « hide
