Archers of Loaf were a 90's indie-alternative band. Screaching guitars, heavy distortion, and whiny vocals. While the band did not recieve much popular attention, they received a significant amount of critical praise, dubbing them an early darling of "indie rock". While the music is crammed full of fuzz and static the songs are still catchy and fun to listen to.
