Hailing from Amherst, Massachusetts. Ampere is known for their short but very intense music. This four-piece features members from the now defunct bands Orchid and Wolves. Ampere also puts great importance into DIY. The song "In Memorian" refers to Guy Debord, founder of the Situationist International, which can be seen as the predecessor of the DIY movement.
