American Head Charge is a Industrial Metal band that formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1996. They were often labelled by many as "Slipknot rip-off merchants". However, anyone who has ever witnessed their sheer brutality when it comes to both intelligent and creative metal music, will have heard an amazing amalgamation of grindcore, nu-metal and downright nastiness. This band may have several members, but each member is utilised to maximum effect. Unfortunately, the death of guitarist Bryan Ottoson cast a shadow over the fast-growing success of the band, yet they still continue to tour and blow the heads clean off the unsuspecting public.
