Abingdon Boys School (アビングドンボーイズスクール) is a J-Rock band that was formed in 2005 by Takanori Nishikawa. The band is named after the titular all-boy's school, from which the band Radiohead was established.
Abingdon Boys School is comprised of Takanori Nishikawa (Vocals), Sunao (Guitar), Hiroshi Shibasaki (Guitar) and Toshiyuki Kishi (Keyboards and Programming). On October 17th, they released their first, self titled full-length album.The music is mixture of hard rock guitars and drums and electronic/techno beats. The lyrics of the songs are a mixture of English and Japanese, with the exception of Rebirth + Reverse which is an instrumental track. Athena, Via Dolorosa, Howling, Nephilim & Innocent Sorrow are sung in Japanese, except for occasional English vocals.
