A Heros Fate

A Hero's Fate is five young men from Orlando and points beyond, brought together by a common love of companionship through music. They are driven by an edgy, infectious mix of high energy, harmonic tunes, manifested from the melodic vocal attack of Brian Frank, a relentless assault of machine-gun riffs from Johnny Stang and Blake Murphey, Tim Petriella¹s fluid, pulsating bass and the thundering, precise drumming of Matthew Ouellette. Aside from their dynamic live performances, what sets A Hero's Fate apart from many other bands who draw from the punk and hardcore well is their balance between fun-loving, radio-ready tunes and others with a more chaotic, wildly cathartic screamo approach. Their debut album Another Knight Alone (Bonded Records/SoundFire Productions) perfectly captures the intensity that happy hardcore powerhouse A Hero's Fate has brought forth on their hometown of Orlando since forming out of the ashes of other local bands in 2007. A Hero's Fate has come to the emotional rescue of Floridians restless from the same-old and looking for a sense of empowerment, hope and most of all, an escape from the burdens of everyday life. Offering a sense of coming to terms with "what is" and learning and growing beyond it, the five piece group has conquered thousands of fans at Orlando hotspots like The Social, AKA Lounge, The Back Booth and The Haven as well as other regional clubs throughout Florida. Over the past few years, A Hero's Fate has boosted its profile among hardcore and pop-punk fans playing shows with Ivoryline, Versa Emerge, Before Their Eyes, In Fear & Faith and Oceana. « hide
