A Perfect Circle is an Alternative Rock band formed in 1999 by Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan (Tool). It is acombination of Keenan's unique vocals fused with a variety of Industrial, Rock, Acoustic and Heavy Metal styles to create a soundof its own. The band entered hiatus while its members explore other musical endeavors, but have since returned to touring andreleased a new album in 2018. Billy Howerdel also has a solo project titled Ashes Divides. Maynard is still playing with Pusciferand selling wine while fans eagerly await a new TOOL album.
