The Sleepy Jackson are an alternative rock/indie band from Perth, Australia. Although formed in 1998, the band did not reach success until the release of their 2003 album, Lovers. Until that point, the group had released three EPs and toured as support acts to bands such as Jebediah, Magic Dirt and Motor Ace. Personality - One Was A Spider, One Was A Bird was released in mid-2006 and debuted at No. 10 on the ARIA Albums Charts.
