Lush was a British pop band that formed in 1988. Throughout most of their career, Lush was a distinctive shoegaze/dream pop band that found moderate popularity in their native country. After recording and releasing several EPs, Lush released a compilation of these songs entitled Gala that was mainly geared toward establishing an American fan base.
