The Berzerker is a death metal band from Melbourne, Australia. The band's music can be characterized as a fusion of death metal, industrial, and speedcore. The founder of the band, Luke Kenny describes the bands style as Industrial death metal. As of 2006, they have released four full length albums, The Berzerker (2000), Dissimulate (2002), World of Lies (2005) and Animosity (2007) all through Earache Records. For their first two albums, the band was composed of four members, only identified as The Vocalist, The Guitarist, The Bassist, and The Drummer and distinguishable on stage only by the intricate monster masks they wore.
