As the brainchild of young Switzerland native Vladimir Cochet, Mirrorthrone materialized due to Cochet's ever-growing need to create unique, intricate music. As a result, Mirrorthrone combines technical black and death metal based heavily on classical piano with atmospheric/symphonic elements, as well as experimenting with clean singing and chorus-style chants, folk instruments, and various tempos and tinctures throughout.
