VAST stands for Visual Audio Sensory Theater, and is the brainchild of Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and musician Jon Crosby.
The musical outfit began in rather minimalist fashion when Jon was only sixteen, with the other members of the outfit being a drum machine and a bass player. VAST has released five albums, the debut Visual Audio Sensory Theater being their most successful. Their latest release, Nude, was their slowest, most acoustic release to date. They have only received limited airplay as well, with Touched and Free only being moderate hits in their home state of Texas. « hide
