Swedish melodic and political speed-punk band Satanic Surfers formed in 1989 and played a major part of the Swedish punk rock explosion of the 90's, alongside bands like Millencolin and No Fun at All (and were indeed signed to Burning Heart Records during this period, but later went back to original label Bad Taste). The band were famous for, among other things, having frontman Rodrigo be one of the only people in this kind of music who sang lead and played drums at the same time (though originally they had another vocalist, and since 2001 Rodrigo has moved over to just singing).
