Hexenhaus was a prime Swedish technical thrash group that formed from the ashes of Maninnya Blade (and perhaps Damien?). The band started strong with A Tribute To Insanity, featuring some great riffing, but after the capable followup the band lost steam, as the latter two albums haven't been well promoted. The band has folded and reformed a couple of times, but is currently disbanded. Workaholic guitarist Mike Wead is currently in Mercyful Fate, and was at one time pursuing a project with Marco Nicosia, entitled Hemisfear.
