Ataxia consists of John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Josh Klinghoffer (Bicycle Thief), and Joe Lally (Fugazi). The band recorded 10 songs, approximately 90 minutes of music, over a period of 4 days, playing two shows amidst the recording process. The second Ataxia album was recorded during the same session as Automatic Writing and will be released as soon as Frusciante and Klinghoffer allow it.
