Third Eye Blind is like the theme music to the 90s, if you grew up in the 90s you can honestly say that you know the words to at least one 3eB song.
3eB has a unique sound that is hard to compare to other bands. Everclear would have to be the closest on the list of similar bands, except that 3eB is much better band, musically. If you turn down the funk in Chili Peppers and throw in some Everclear, you would get Third Eye Blind.
