The Sounds are a rock n' roll band from Helsingborgs, Sweden. They draw their influence mainly from punk and new-wave, particularly more pop-oriented bands such as the Cars and Blondie.
Having appeared twice on Warped Tour, the band has risen to fame on the same wave that brought the Killers mass success. They've garnered much critical acclaim in the US, and reportedly count Pharrell Williams and Bam Margera among their fans, while they've toured with the Foo Fighters and the Strokes.
