Swedish garage-rockers The Hellacopters meld hard rock, classic rock, and Detroit style garage rock into their music. The Hellacopters started in 1994, releasing an EP entitled "Killing Alan" after only three rehearsals. Soon they went on tour, opening for garage rock legends The Nomads.

After releasing their fourth album they got a record deal with Universal Records, and toured with The Hives and Foo Fighters. The Hellacopters put out the second of two singles collections, "Cream Of The Crap Volume 2," in 2004. In 2005, their sixth CD, "Rock And Roll Is Dead," was released in 2005. « hide |
