Their sophomore album 'One Way Ticket to Hell... and Back', was a major flop and did not follow up to the successes of Permission to Land. In August 2006, Justin Hawkins checked into a rehabilitation centre, and later announced that he was leaving the band. The rest of the members had since formed a new band, with Richie Edwards taking over frontman duties and assigning Toby MacFarlaine as the new bassist.
