Krzysztof Pretkiewicz was born in Poznan, Poland in 1984. He first began to listen to electronic music in the early 90's,
withartists such as Jean-Michel Jarre, Mike Oldfield and Depeche Mode being the first to make large impression on his
musicaltaste. Since then he became aware that this was the genre of music he loved to listen to and would eventually come
toproduce.
He initially started creating his own music in 1998, when he discovered that tracks could be created using software

Krzysztof does not have any musical education/qualifications and he does not play any musical instrument professionally.
Thishowever did not stop him from improving his skills in making new higher quality productions.
In 2003 he met fellow Polish Trance Producer/DJ Kamil Bigaj, which then gave birth to a collaborative trance project known
as3rd Moon. His 3rd Moon productions "Diving In The Sky" and "Moon Breeze" including his solo track "Waterfall" have
beenapproved by DJ Precision, who deemed them as successful productions, and in turn gave Krzysztof/3rd Moon a chance
torelease tracks on their label.
Krzysztof's earlier work leant towards Hard Trance roots, but in the last three or four years have become much
moreprogressive and uplifting pieces. He is now a worldwide acclaimed DJ/Producer who continually gains support from the
likes ofArmin van Buuren and Above & Beyond, for which he has been signed up to their hugely popular Anjunabeats label
