Phace is a Drum and Bass production duo hailing from Germany. Their style could be best described as hard Neurofunk. Since their breakthrough 12” “Brainwave” was released on Teebee`s Subtitles, they are constant members of the Subtitles Camp. They also released tunes for Renegade Hardware, Moving Shadow, shadybrain.net and Protogen. Misanthrop is a Drum and Bass producer and DJ hailing from Stuttgart, Germany. His style could best be described as hard, loud and brutal Techfunk. Misanthrop started producing a long time ago, being influenced by Position Chrome, Alec Empire, etc. He had a debut 12” on the German label Basswerk, but the release of his tunes “Perfect Happiness” and “Stop Criterion” helped his music to the breakthrough. He also released tunes for shadybrain.net and Mayhem`s Shadow Law Recordings.
While collaborating on numerous tracks in the past, From Deep Space marks their first joint album. Combining drum & bass, neurofunk and dubstep, the album was released in early 2010. « hide |
