To categorize the Brazilian Girls to a specific genre is a daunting task, the band seemingly moves between a large number of different styles -- not to mention languages -- in just a single song alone. Add that to the fact that only one of the member is female, and none were born Brazilian, you've got quite the enigma.
Their influences move from the likes of classic punk and New Wave to dub, flamenco, samba, bossa nova, house, break beat, trance, French slam, Industrial pop all of which carry Sciubba's foray into English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese -- usually all in one song.
