The Adolescents

The Adolescents were created in Fullerton, California in 1980 by Steve Soto, who was originally a member of Agent Orange. Its original members included Steve Soto, Tony Cadena, Frank Agnew, John O'Donovan, and Peter Pan. John and Peter were soon replaced by Rikk and Casey, who played for Social Distortion and The Detours. The band signed to frontier records and recorded their blue album, which became a legend in the Orange County punk scene for years. The band signed to frontier records and recorded their blue album, which became a legend in the Orange County punk scene for years. The Band broke up later that year forming various side projects, the most well known of them being Casey's band D.I.. The members each went their seperate ways, playing in various bands, persuing careers, and going to college. The Adolescents got back together sometime in the 80's to record "Balboa Fun Zone," but they were never the same. They now tour currently in the Orange County Area.
