Sunny Day Real Estate

Sunny Day Real Estate was a Seattle, Washington based emo band that were among some of the seminal groups to produce the more indie-rock influenced side of the genre. Formed in 1992, the band features Jeremy Enigk on guitar/vocals, Dan Hoerner on guitar/backing vocals, Nate Mendel on bass and William Goldsmith on drums.
