Rusty Cooley

Rusty Cooley was born in Houston, Texas, and began playing in local bands around 1989. He joined his first band, Revolution in 1989 and remained with them until 1993. He would go on to form Dominion, which would gain him a significant amount of recognition in and around the Houston music scene. This was because of his incredible speed (27nps) and clean playing ability.Unsatisified with the local musicians ability, he began his solo work in 1996, however a debut album would not be released until 2003 in the form of a self titled release. In 1997, Cooley finally found musicians that met his standards and ths Outworld was founded. Cooley has gone on to prove in his solo work and in Outworld, that he is a force to be reckoned with with a guitar in his hands.
