Pitchblend comes from Reading, Berkshire and was formed in 2000. In 2002 after a vote, Kerrang! magazine announced Pitchblend as “Best Unsigned Band” for the year. The band had it’s popularity spread among the cities of Reading and London, building a big fanbase over the years. Pitchblend had been working on their album since 2006 and they actually released their debut album on 3rd March 2008. The band was brought to a conclusion in 2009 and the members went on to start a new project: Last Rescue Party.
