3rd album Cruel Little World was released in 2006 but rereleased in 2008. In the first year of
existence for Logan, the band was in the strange situation of being completely unknown in their
own country, whilst having a fanbase that grew on an almost daily basis in the USA. By hosting
copies of their early demos on discussion boards of bands like Creed, Nickelback, Alter Bridge,
Puddle of Mudd, Staind, 12 Stones etc. Logan had managed to get their music heard by a very
large pool of rock music fans. With the help of the new fans, Logan got their demos played on a
clutch of radio stations all over the USA which in turn led to a proposal of sponsorship on the
(now defunct) Budweiser True Music program and an invitation to fly to Washington DC and
showcase for the former Vice President of A&R at Sony/Epic records. The trip to the USA but it
did bring the band into contact with Mark Tremonti, who was at that point a member of Creed.
When Creed split up, and Tremonti was coming to the UK with his new band Alter Bridge, Logan
were invited to be the support. As of 2007, Logan have sold 30,000 albums. A feat
unprecedented by a band without a major record label behind them. In May 2008 Logan were
named in The Scotsman newspaper as Scotland’s top unsigned rock band. In June 2008 Logan
supported Bon Jovi during their Lost Highway tour at Glasgow's Hampden Park, where they
played to an estimated audience of 25,000[2], their largest crowd to date. Logan are to
