Isis at the age of 20, and she went on to release a few singles and one album as Isis, 1990's "Rebel Soul", before departing from X-Clan in 1992 and
thus retiring the Isis alias. Instead, Que would go on to release a few singles under her real name, although she would resurrect the Isis alias once
more in 1996 when she became a member of the all-female rap supergroup Deadly Venoms. After recording a few singles and one album with the
group, 1998's "Antidote", she would then depart from the group in 1999 after numerous disputes with the other members of Deadly Venoms.
After she left Deadly Venoms, Que then retired the Isis alias a second time, and also retired from working as a recording artist as well, instead
focusing on working as a songwriter. In 2007, Que returned to recording music and she then released her first album under her real name,
"GODSpeed", which was released in late 2007. However, Que ended up retiring from recording music a second time in 2010 to focus more closely on
her personal life. « hide |
