L-R (officially written as L⇔R) were a popular Japanese rock band that formed in 1990. They were known for their style, which
had a huge Britpop influence, and their humongous success and sheer impact on the Japanese rock scene could be accurately
compared to acts like Oasis and Suede. L-R split in 1997, but their legacy lives on as one of the most memorable bands to
surface onto the Japanese mainstream in the last 20 years.
