Jimmie's Chicken Shack

Hailing from Annapolis, Maryland, Jimmie's Chicken Shack has been making music for over a decade. Beginning on their own label, Fowl Records, the band then signed to a major label to release "Pushing the Salmanilla Envelope" and "Bring Your Own Stereo" before fighting for over three years to get out of their contract. The band eventually signed with independent label Koch Records and released a new album, "Re.Present," in 2004. Frontman Jimi Haha ended up collaborating with the likes of Butch Walker, Aaron Lewis, Mark Tremonti, and John Wozniak. The band prides itself on "staying true" to its independent roots and its fanbase, regularly giving away bootleg live material for free to fans. In early 2008, "Fail On Cue" was released through Fowl Records.
