Gush was a short lived underground indie pop-rock band from New York City. Formed in 2001 by former Murmurs members Leisha
Hailey and Heather Grody, the group released one self-titled album before going on a hiatus in 2004. Gush then officially
disbanded in 2005, and Hailey went on to form the electro-inspired band Uh Huh Her, while Grody formed the indie band Redcar.
