In February 2011, two months after their formation, Fetus Stench landed a record deal with Abyss Records in just one week after releasing
their first demo. This generated interest from acknowledged magazines such as Sweden Rock Magazine. Later that year, the band entered the
studio to record their debut album, "Stillbirth".
In the beginning of 2012, the world got its first taste of the album. The song "The Outer Island" was released through the internet and
recieved great response from the public as well as musicians from established bands like Cannibal Corpse, Vomitory and Grave.
Now, barely months away from unleashing "Stillbirth", Fetus Stench will celebrate the release with a gig together with Vomitory, hosted by
Metal Clüb in Karlstad the 30th of April.
