Straight-Edge metalcore band from Wilmington, North Carolina. Formed in 1994 and split in 1997. Their lyrics deal with many political and social issues, along the lines of Germany's Heaven Shall Burn. Day Of Suffering does not use breakdowns or many other cliches of the genre, but stick to unrelenting metalcore with actual meaning behind the songs.
