The band had gathered a reputation as hard hitters in not only the Melbourne metal scene but Australia wide.
The bands live intensity didn't quite translate to recordings, "Do Not Spit" being their first album released on Black Hole recordings was none the less a
testament to their ferocity.
During Fear Factory's first tour to Australia, Damaged we're seen to sonically destroy the Melbourne venue, The Sarah Sands Hotel, while playing the ceiling
began to crumble and shed debris as Damaged spat out their own brand of Hatecore.
The band suffered many line-up changes in the following years.
Kevin Sharp (ex-Brutal Truth) joined Damaged as vocalist in 1999, he featured on their Purified in Pain album, released on the Rotten Records label.
During the mid 2000's Jamie Ludbrook and Skitz would team up again briefly in the band Walk The Earth, this did not last long.
Later both would emerge in Terrorust, again this combination of the two together did not last. « hide |
