Chisato is a Japanese visual kei musician. Aside from his long run as one of the founders of iconic visual band Penicillin (which has been active since
1992), he also had a short lived solo career throughout the mid and 90's, and is also the frontman of supergroup Crack 6. He is arguably one of the
most influential visual kei musicians to surface within the last 20 years.
