Ambitions was formed in 2005 with only a few goals in mind: to have fun and to create music that was a departure from the current music scene. Started by current guitarists of With Honor Jay and Jeff Aust, the group initially sprung from the two jamming with Jay on drums and Jeff on guitar. They would soon bring in With Honor drummer John Ross to cement the lineup, who literally learned the songs during the recording of the first demo.
